When I first graduated I had no idea where to turn. My college placement office was absolutely no help and it was difficult to get a reasonable response from the hundreds of resumes I sent out.
Ultimately, I went fishing where the fish are: online. I found a service similar to CollegeRecruiter and while it still took me a month, I got much more traction than I had by myself.
